RODENTS

Rodents not only transmit disease but cause huge damage to buildings and structures which costs the owner thousands in repairs. Rodents and more so rats are responsible for floods due to their gnawing on water pipes and fires due to their gnawing on electrical cables. This can prove disastrous when trying to recoup your costs as it is often not paid for by insurance companies.

 

In a commercial environment damage is done due to food and products that become contaminated with urine, faeces, hair and nesting material. Not to mention the harm that could be done to a companies reputation if someone was to see a rodent run past in a food preparation outlet or see the damage that rodents have left behind.
